Amazon Uk Head Office Contact Number and Email Address

I tried to log on to my account to place an order, but someone had some3how changed my account to a different email address and I could not get in. I have since changed my bank card three times and contacted your customer centre on numerous occasions who told me the problem has been resolved. It has not. I still cannot access my account to place any orders. Your people keep telling me the email problem has been sorted and my account is secure with the password/email address it should have, but any orders I try to place are still rejected many months later, around nine months actually. Your people tell me my bank is rejecting payment. My bank has checked every time and told me no request for payment has been received. I have been a customer for many years and would like to be able to continue ordering goods from you, but at the moment I cannot. Can anybody sort this problem out. Does anybody care enough to do something about this?.

I am trying to contact a UK person my account was hacked four weeks agao with two orders made4 for a watch and a pair of headpohones, this was not done by me, you were informed four weeks agao I have not had refunds for the £23. 99 and £22. 90 and noboby is telling me anything, just that it is under investiagation. then I got told that two payments back to my account had been made on 29th August and 3rd September, no such payment have reached my account. This is an utter disgrace, much less the fact I cant speak to or get any sense out of anybody, you have taken my money and not refunded it for four weeks, I have called about ten times. I am going to take legal action if this is not sorted.

Dear Sirs I had a telephone call automated of course informing me my amazon prime membership was due to expire (this confused me as I pay it on a monthly cycle) and it would automatically be renewed using my credit card for £39+. On being put through direct I found it was an overseas centre call (which I strongly object to)who I informed that I would now cancel my membership as I did not want to pay this amount at this time. I was directed to use my lap top to do this with his help. I complained that why should I need to do this as it was amazon that contacted me. At this This person hung up hence my complaint on three fronts firstly I object to automatic renewals two taking that amount without my permission when I pay monthly three operator, s attitude. I have now reluctantly cancelled my membership due to this and changed my card details with you in case this was a scam call. I would appreciate a contact over this please. Derek. I have tried and tried to get my OTP taken off my account as my phone was stolen, but I just keep getting passed round. I have rung amazon on help line number several times it was an 08 number, but I ended up with £56. 00 on my phone bill cause it came up on my bill as a 0900 number which naffed me off. I just want to be able to watch the items I have purchased from you. I am told I can not do this without ID being Emailed to you. I sent my election voting card, but still not heard back. My card account was charged £2. 98 on the 14th November for an item you state will be delivered between 30th Nov and 10th Dec, yet to be received Under the sale of goods act when acceptance of a charge is made the payee becomes the proprty owner?
