My sister sent me six apples to be delivered on November 16th. My whole family came down November 17 which is why she sent 6. The apples arrived on Monday November 19. After they had all left. I called Amy at the above phone number on November 19th. I spoke with Scott and said he would have to contact Fed Ex. He would call me back. I was away. My sister also called and spoke to Scott. No one called her back or me back. Called back in Dec. 4th which is way past the two days. No apology. Just Oops I forgot to mark is on my calendar. Never calls me back. Today Dec 5th I call back. I get Lauren. She says she is here by herself. Three phone calls to learn Fed Ex had a problem and the plane arrived late on Friday and they made no attempt to deliver apples on Sat. This is horrible customer service.
