To whom it may concern. I have tried numerous times to connect and boast my inquiries about GSBC and there process, s about parts and personnel, which seems this particular dealership has such a large turn around of employees, and why cant my customers get the adaquint service and attention that they need. They tack on shipping charges for parts which should be in stock and have such a sub par level of expierenced personnel. Even for customers which have been going to this dealership for YEARS. There main concern seems to be sales and not service. There inadaquite techs and service personnel are inexpeirenced and unable to give any of my customers a diagnose without a reasonable cause of or effect of any repair or reason, but to sell parts. This has been an issue for a long time. My issues have been redirected to deaf ears and your integrity on your product and its longevity makes me ill. As a buisness owner/techniction and operations manager of equipment companies in this area it hurts me to say that the owners and managers of these dealerships are worthless and week to the needs of this industry.
