I'm Afolabi Ayodele a customer to first bank. On 27th November, 2016. I made transactions with first bank ATM card to withdraw at wema bank and the ATM didn't dispense, instead, my account was debited with 16, 000 and 2, 000 respectively. On 31st of November, 2016, I lodged a complaint at first bank branch in Ado Ekiti. Till this day 22-11-2016, the money have not been reversed or credited into my account. First bank has been deceiving me and deny me my fundamental right to my money.
