Tnt Logistics and EGL, both was merged in August 2007. Presently Ceva Logistics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, LLC, a well renowned asset management company. The headquarters of the Ceva Logistics is placed in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
