I BUY A C371 IN THE EVENING AT AROUND 7:00 PM IN SM MEGACENTER CABANATUAN CITY, AFTER I WAS GO HOME, I USE THE PHONE AND I IN MY BOARDING HOUSE I TRY THE PHONE AND INSERTED SIMCARD TO MAY OLD PHONE, SUDDENLY IT HAS NO SIGNAL INDICATOR IN THE NEW PHONE AND I WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR THE DISPLAY IS EMERGENCY INDICATES, SO I REMOVE THE SIMCARD AND I INSERT TO ANOTHER PHONE IT WORKS THE SIGNAL. SO I TRY TO GO IN THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER MY WORK TO RETURN THE SAID PHONE I BUY, THEY REPLACE THE PHONE IN THE SAME DAY, BUT I HAVE TO ADD 200 PESOS TO UPGRADE THE PHONE, AND THEN THEY CHANGE IT TO D16TV, SO I GOT THE PHONE. AFTER A NIGHT WHEN I USED THE PHONE I NOTICE THAT EVERY TIME IT ALWAYS SHUTOFF EVEN FULLCHARGE, SO I OBSERVE IN ONE DAY AND IT HAS A PROBLEM WHEN I KEEP THE PHONE ON MY POCKET OR IN MY TABLE AFTER AN HOUR IT SHUTDOWN OR SHUT OFF THE PHONE SO I OFF IN TO ON. AFTER THAT I REMEMBER THAT THE SALES LADY SHE REMOVE THE BATTERY AND SWAP TO OTHER DISPLAY WHEN SHE TESTED TO CHARGE THE PHONE WHEN I BUY. SO I RETURN IT, I USED THE PHONE FOR ONLY two DAYS and one NIGHT I WENT TO SM MEGACENTER TO THE SAID STORE THE SALES LADY SAID THAT NO RETURN AND NO WARRANTY IN BATTERY, I HAVE NO FAULT WHY THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE PHONE I BUY AND THE SALES LADY SAID I WILL BUY A BATTERY, . I WAS DIS APPOINTED I'VE ALWAYS BUY cherry mobile EVERY YR. THATS WHY I TRUSTED BUT, , THIS TIME I WAS DIS APPOINTED TO THE SALESLADY. I GIVE IT THE PHONE TO HER. I NEED SOME ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER TO REPLACE THE ONE I BUY. THANK YOU, IF YOU HAVE SOME EMAIL I WILL EMAIL THE PROOF OF RECEIPT AND ATTACHMENT FOR YOU TO REFER.

To the management, i just wanna inform you that the efficiency in servicing customers at SM North service center is impotent. Staffs you employed are incompetent. I suggest to train and evaluate their performance they are very ineffective. Their ability to serve customer is helpless instead time-consuming and they are lack of knowledge. I wanna discuss further my experience to the service, but it will consume much time and effort. I highly suggest to evaluate their performance. Particularly the staff name "Risa". She shouted me on the phone. Which their fault, I talked with the agent and everything was ok until hours passed by, they called me on the phone saying my phone has scratch on the back. Which is not appropriate, should have told me when i am still in the service center NOT after I left them Definitely a fraud, Risa is unprofessional. She's doing her job unprofessionally for shouting me on the phone when the talks started to get stiff. A constrained manner of Risa may affect the image of your organization.
