Hello,
I paid a plumbing company called energy savings the sum of 1, 500 pounds up front deposit for installing a new builder. A few days later they were meant to install the new boiler, but they kept cancelling. Because they kept cancelling to work day, I was within my right to cancel and get my full deposit back. It has been nearly one month and still I have not received my deposit back. I think I need to submit a small claims court, please can you advise me what to do ? As I am entitled to my 1, 500 pounds back. I look forward to hearing from you.
