I'm from new Richmond Quebec by the Gaspe coast
I recently bought a 34 ' hydrostatic cub cadet snowblower
Only used twice. First use only one reverse mode, in between the suppose reverse modes the blower went forward. And the power steering didn't work
After fix, the power steering still doesn't work properly, and the Handel to make the blower move won't go up all the to shut off the the drive train, it keeps going. I wrote my dissatisfaction, and told them to take it back. They replied that I would lose my three payment I put in during finance, plus they bought my old whites snowblower and gave me $400 for it, and he wasn't sure if I could all of it back. They offered to sell me a smaller blower, but then they would have to charge me $80 to do so. I told mike just to keep the blower, I wasn't happy their business policies. They can have their blower back, that I only use a couple of times, and give me all my money back. If there's a problem, I'll call the better business bureau

I am writing to let you know about how disappointed I am in the three stage Cub Cadet snow thrower I purchased one year ago. I have gone through seven shear pins last year, using the snow thrower ten times and have gone through five shear pins with only three uses this year. The snow thrower is now up for sale at a $600 loss as to what I purchased it for last year. I will never consider another one of your products due to the constant lack of performance. I was going to purchase a different brand last year and was convinced to buy your product, which is absolute garbage. As far as the reviews go for your snow throwers, the reviewers must be using it in 6" or less snowfalls with dry powdery snow because the wet snow on the east coast is not able to be handled by Cub Cadet. The snow thrower is used on asphalt 100% of the time. Your product is not able to handle a tough winter on the east coast of Canada.
