I would like to just take a moment to not complain about something for a change, but to give a pat on the back for over the top customer service that one of your employees during Graveyard at the Sandy location gave. Usually, I only do these things when I'm complaining about something or someone, but I do not know what it is about Chris, I believe he told me his name was that puts a smile on my face and makes me feel welcome and safe.coming across the country for four days to ski and visit my daughter is fun and exciting, but on the other hand, doing it and staying alone is another. From the moment I checked into the hotel he was friendly as was the one training him, but he out of the two of them stood out not only that night/morning, but the next night as well. To whom it may concern,
Him not being a skier sure did have some great thoughts and ideas for those who do that’s for sure. He even offered to find cheaper prices for the skiing on his time off and bring it in with him a couple days later. I haven't gotten it from him yet nor has it been those couple of days either. That will be tomorrow. But with a fine gentleman like that, I know he will come through. Ones like him are a diamond in the rough and hard to find. Most definitely a keeper. I do not have a car; however, I do appreciate that if I was to have a car the next time I will be booking at this location know without a doubt that the car will be safe if he is on duty. Not only does he check the lots while he smokes instead of just standing there smoking. Yes, I know right that’s a shocker usually you just see smokers hang out, stand around and usually, it’s by the door, but he walks the grounds without smoking too. Not Him that’s for sure. In fact I saw him pull in to work last night and he passed up a couple of closes up spots up front and I notice him about two minutes if that drive back around and park in a further stall leaving those ones available for what I can only imagine with his mindset and the way he treats not only me, but the others I've seen his guests. Your guest. I also have run into him in the hallways and he mentioned he’s just walking the halls and that he is headed to the stairwells, (whatever) that is, to check them out.
