Nowhere on the bill, (payment slip), nor on the box, or store product tag, detail of the watch is mentioned. I mean the model name or model number. I entered the numbers mentioned on the payment slip and search on Movado website, result was "item not found"
I called the CC of Hudson's Bay on 1800 844 8131 to find the details, the staff not only refused to answer, but abruptly disconnected the phone.
