There is no way to get a person or anything done via phone. I tried to get blood pressure medication today with recent high b. P. But Walmart claimed I have three mo. Supply. I live alone, no one in my house, every med. Bottle checked. NO B. P MEDICATION two weeks ago Humana refused to pay $4. For medication taken since 1970's after hysterectomy surgery. I think I am with the WRONG INSURANCE CO. To hell with any medical needs.

As a customer of Humana I would like to know just how many trees are sacrificed to send me then endless pages of mail every week or two. You send me so much paper it is impossible to keep up with it. Maybe instead of so much paper and postage you could give me back the insurance I had before this year with no co pays That would be preferable to this endless stream of pages and pages of paper.

I recently changed companies, and completed a new-hire packet including Humana PPO plan (AGG1) on November 18th 2019. Days later, my new company started open enrollment with a deadline of this Friday, December 13th. I enrolled online this morning for the same plan. My issue is- my wife has a planned surgery on December 9th, and I need answers to many questions. I followed up my online enrollment with a call to your (844 772 7407) number to clarify/ confirm my enrollment, and find out my member number so that we may verify that the surgery and hospital will be in our new network. The gentleman that answered sounded as if he had just rolled out of bed He mentioned that your enrollment period had ended on the 8th? I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or another department for help, to which he replied "They wont do anything for you, but we could try. " He transferred me to a young lady who apparently could not hear my responses and just hung up on me. I am very worried and to tell the truth, am not very impressed by your customer service so far. PLEASE return my mail or feel free to call me at (562-686-8640) and set my mind at ease?
