Sir why you do not raise voice against Bureaucracy which is the main cause of failure of our sensitive institutions. They have captured all the key departments of the country. They never recruit professionals because a day will reach when Bureaucracy will thrown out by the professionals. They can do nothing except speaking english. They have no qualification relevant to the concerned departments. That's why our technical and professional goes abroad because this Bureaucracy never appoint professional peoples having fear of pushed out. Even they do not make service rules for professional peoples. FBR is the main example of extreme discriminatory treatment by Bureaucracy against professionals. It is therefore requested to raise voice against this class. PLEASE REMEMBER NONE OF OUR DEPARTMENT CAN BECOME VIGOR/STRONG WITHOUT THROWING OUT CSP CLASS FROM THAT DEPARTMENT. This incompetent Bureaucracy is the main cause.
