On the email from life mobile centre has informed about the change of rates are double 11 GBR from July of 1st of 2016 instead six GBR every monthly via my bank that affected me in increase of bill and I did email them about my disagreement with bill from 6th July, but life mobile company still forced me to pay if it's not acceptable for me cos texts for the DEAF have not sent /failed that I have been in tolerate with this problem with sending texts "UNLIMITED", but company does texts blocked. If I tried to send texts outside with bad connection 3G that I always used Wi-Fi for sending messages at my flat and have angry when hey offered me to pay 11 GBR from July that I REFUSED because of my experience with BAD service life mobile. Recently I emailed to cancel my mobile number and re-transfered to other network, but hey look like as PIRATS with despotism threat me to pay more if I do not want use this company. I am DEAF and do not understand why this company does rudely with DEAF cannot speak on phone if there are no any numbers special as minicom etc. For the deaf. Please do cancel my mobile number is 07422506845. I have emailed them and they continue to email me without their full explanation in GOOD communication with the DEAF users of. I am in stress of that your attitude to the deaf that I will not pay bills any more because of your rude language to.

I write my complaint about the force of life mobile to pay if i was in disagreement with the change of bill new is double: 11 GBR instead of six GBR from July 2016 that I have emailed them about my refusal to pay 11 GBR, but they ignored and continue to let me to pay more if I reported about this problem with no texts if I tried to send texts outside because od bad connection to 3G life mobile, therefore I always used messages via Wi-Fi at my flat. Recently I emailed to delete my mobile number is 07422506845 and removed it cos I re-transfered my new number to other network, but hey -life mobile look like as PIRATS with the despotism threat me repay more if I haven't speak on phone if I am DEAF cat speak and couldn't find the number for the deaf as minicom or special number for dialing to via teletext. That I am in stress and do not know how to communicate if i am deaf. I am angry with no GOOD communication in deaf way that your bad attitude with no good language to the deaf. Please do cancel this my contact number and I will not get back to your service.
