This past week our local food giant had your family size on sale two for six dollars. We discovered the oatmeal cookies, the peanut butter cookies several of them were not sealed good and dryer out. We have nine grandkids that we were buying for beside us. Would be nice to receive some coupons for some free one to replace our loss. Thank you

Debbie's CSR,
We have been huge fans of Little Debbie's treats for many years (I am 65). We particularly love the Peanut Butter Bars. Well, we previously loved the Peanut Butter Bars. The last three purchases have been a disaster. I am assuming you have made a reduction in filling and quality of the crispy wafer to help defray expenses and maintain a low cost. I would much rather pay more per box and have the original taste and texture back than pay less and have this inedible mess you are now producing. We ate the box where we first tasted the difference, but it took several weeks to get thru it. Usually I have to buy a box every week. I just threw away the next box because it was so unpleasant we all thought it must have gone stale on the shelf. But this new box tastes just as yucky as the last. And I always buy the BIG box because most everybody goes straight to my freezer to nab one 2nd thing when they drop by. (1st is hugs and kisses of course.) We all especially enjoy them frozen as a summer treat. Very disappointed and won't be buying anymore unless you fix this taste problem. Walmart's store brand is now better than Little Debbie's product. That is a sad statement. Thanks for hearing me out. A loyal and faithful devotee,
Jacque Harris.
