NOT TALKING ABOUT MONEY, BUT, IN HEALTH. I'M 50 YEARS OLD AND I SUFFER FROM RHEMETOID AND OSTEOARTHRITIS. DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT I SUFFERED FROM AS A TEEN. I HEALED FROM A FRACTURED PELVIC BONE BUT AS I HAVE GOTTEN OLDER MY SYMPTOMS WORSENED. I'M GETTING DISABILITY BUT SOMETIMES IT'S NOT ENOUGH WHEN YOU HAVE TEN GRANDCHILDREN. I JUST NEED $1000 RIGHT NOW TO CATCH UP ON MY RENT WHICH IS $380 AND I'M ABOUT TO BE EVICTED IN FOUR DAYS I KNOW THIS MAY NOT ADD UP TO YOU BUT I HAD TO HELP. MY DAUGHTER WITH GETTING HER INSURANCE RENEWED. ACTUALLY IT'S BOTH OF OUR CAR AND I DIDN'T WANT OUR INSURANCE TO LAPS. SHE IS MT CAREGIVER THREE DAYS A WEEK, ABD PLUS SHE'S TAKING ON TWO MORE JOBS TO TAKE CARE OF HER CHILDREN. SGE DOESN'T HAVE ALL TEN OF MY GRANDCHILDREN. MR. Mr. Johnson owns Equitrust Company. I have an IRA there. They won't give me online access without a smart phone. I have no cell phone reception where I live. I called in April, 2019 about this, they said they were fixing it. I called again in December, 2019 and nothing has been done. I researched the company to contact the CEO and his/her email is not online. So I am reaching out to Mr. Johnson, whose email is also not online. I would please like a response as to what is going to be done and when and who at Equitrust to contact. When I called them today they refused to give me anybody who knows anything about it. I am very angry and want a solution. I'm not keen on taking my money out and going elsewhere, but without online access I will do it.
