My fiance and I was there yesterday 12/11/2016, Our night was terrible. There were rude people And name calling. There were a couple fighting with another guy so when that couple left we sat down to play, but didn't notice there was still money on the machine. We only stayed on it a couple spins or so because the guy next to us that the couple was fighting with was being obnoxious. So we left to play something else. We thought there was more money when we cashed the ticket out, but wasn't sure. Our night was hectic between the fighting and another lady calling me names because I sat down to play a game she was saving for her husband. That wasn't even standing there. So we played different machines so we lost track of what we won. And also the Lady never brought a soda back after giving her a tip. On our way out the security guard blocked our vehicle so we couldn't move and called the manager out. They said we owed them money. We paid it to them without arguing because like I said we thought there was more money, but wasn't sure if we won it or not. I do not understand why the manager didn't come to us in the casino? Why make us feel like criminals? We are regulars at the casino and didn't do nothing wrong intentionally. I think it was unfair to treat us like that. Deborah Kahutka .
