Over the past one week on Nov 26 and on Dec four, my flight from SIN-MEL and MEL-SIN were delayed by more than four hours on each occasion
On Nov 26 my flight TZ 26 Booking Ref BBUV6U and on Dec four my flight TZ 25 Booking Ref G3726S were both delayed
On Dec four, I had a connecting flight from SIN to CAN on TZ 128 Booking Ref OEH5JR, but my baggage went missing
I am a frequent flier with SQ for more than 17 years and have always held your airlines in high esteem on on time departure and service, but these incidents have dented my confidence on your brand
To add insult to injury I have not been compensated for the flight delayed although it was mentioned every passenger will be issued a SGD50 scoot travel voucher
