Hello, my name is Brittney and I received SEVERAL calls from your company on Thursday, December 8th, 2016. Calls times were: 12:19pm, 12:35pm, 12:47pm, 1:01pm, 1:02pm, 2:03pm, and 2:16pm I finally answered. Mind you there was no voicemail left. Like most people today, I do not answer un-familiar numbers, ESPECIALLY AT WORK, call me funny that way. Your operator called me so many times that I finally gave in. I told them they had the wrong number because I was disgusted with all the calls I looked up the number on the internet, wonderful thing, and see that you are an accredit company linked to AT and T, which I guess is why you were contacting me. Even though I do not live in the states you serve. Beyond the point, for being a company that has been in business sense 1882, (if my memory servers me correctly) it is not what I would consider an appropriate way to conduct business. Whether it was your operator or whom ever, Calling a phone seven times with in an hour with no message is RIDICULOUS and what I would classify as stocking I hope you fix this problem and find my complaining as a way to better your company on calling policies. For what ever reason you called my cell phone, I would have talked to the operator if a message was left with a call back number. I am really upset at the fact you pestered me and disrupted me at my job thinking it was going to get you somewhere at yours. Thank you again for listing to my complaint and I really do hope it helps a business like yours stay in business. Thank you: Brittney .
