I recently used your photo center in Freeport, Il. I spent several hours on 4/17 downloading and editing my photos then today I went in to pick them up and your staff would not let me purchase them. She stated that I couldn't purchased them because they looked professionally done. I showed her my phone where I had taken them myself and still would not sell me my pictures. I will never be back What a waste of my time.

Very unhappy with your photo department in Freeport, Il. I was just there to pick up my photos and was told I could not purchase them because they looked professionally done. On 4/17 I spent two 1/2 hours there downloading and editing my photos and today I went to pick them up. I did show the lady in the photo department that I took them with my own Iphone, but she didn't care. What a waste Will never be back Small town word gets around quickly.

I have been trying for quite sometime even switch book sizes and still getting the same messages. Too large. I have only selected books and have not even moved photos. I was going to do earlier and stated on iPhone, but decided that I could not see photos so I decided to use my laptop. No matter what I would get that same message. I wanted to orde three books on the 75% off photo books. Even when I tried to email you on your site I got same message. This is frustrating and has taken holiday time.

I did not bother to call. It is late and I'm exhausted from trying. My photos are even loaded into your system. Everything ends with same error message, preventing me from ordering 75%off photo books.

No it was not. Dec 1st email not responded to. I had been working a couple days prior on photo albums for 75% off. What a waste of my valuable time. I get this message and still keep getting it. Enity too large. I copied so I could paste it here. I was upset couldn't order at that price by the deadline, but really ticked I still get that message.
